Background & Experience
I have over 15 years of experience managing Facilities and Telecommunications. With each project, I leverage my background and skills to help my clients achieve their goals with maximum efficiency and cost-savings.
I've focused my career on the facilities and telecom industries. I have a great depth of experience in crafting solutions to see a company through many stages of growth. I have personal experience with all aspects of facilities and telecom, including space planning, build-outs, remodels, PBX and VoIP phone systems, wireless solutions, inter-building communication links, and capital projects.
My background also allows me to help service vendors understand how to best serve their facility and telecom clients. I'm able to work with them to target their services and demonstrate why they're the best at what they do. I also coach vendors on building stronger, more profitable relationships with their clients.
I take my role within the facility management industry very seriously. I'm a professional-level member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), I sit on IFMA's nationwide Technology Council, and I previously served on IFMA Seattle's Board of Directors.
I'm also a contributing author to IFMA's 2009 FM Technology Update white paper.
